A Zambian woman has barred her aunt from attending her late mother’s one-year memorial service because she body-shamed her.
The lady, who revealed this on Twitter on Saturday, May 27, 2023, stated that she told her aunt she is unattractive and that bleaching has left her scorched and unrecognisable.
“It’s my mother’s memorial, and an aunt decided I should go on a diet because I’m too fat.” This was the outfit I was wearing. Anyway, she’s demanding an apology because I stated she looked uglier at the burial last year because the bleaching had left her scorched and unrecognisable.”
“By the way, we have the same body size. If it’s directed towards me, I believe in practising kindness, and vice versa if it’s not. Those women were nothing but horrible today; either they learned their lesson today or they will complain to the wind because they dared to try me,”
