Teenagers beat up shop clerk for allegedly refusing to sell cigar to underage girl

Police in Texas, USA, are looking for a group of youths who were seen beating two 7-11 clerks after they refused to sell a cigar to an underage girl.

According to the Mesquite Police Department in Texas, the teenager attempted to buy the cigarette at the 7-Eleven on Faithon P. Lucas Boulevard on Saturday night, June 3, but was turned down, according to Fox News.

She left the store but returned at 9 p.m. with several other youths who then assaulted the employees, according to authorities.

The youngster can be seen ranting at a clerk behind the counter in video footage that spread on social media. Some members of the posse can be seen jumping over the counter and punching the clerk in the face.


Other members of the group can be seen throwing objects from the store at the clerk. According to authorities, another clerk attempted to assist but was also attacked by the mob.

Teenagers allegedly assaulted a shop employee for allegedly refusing to sell a cigar to an underage girl.

Both employees had facial injuries during the assault, but they declined medical assistance when police arrived at the business.

According to the department, no arrests have been made.
