Just days before her death, a teenager found dead with her entire family threw a sleepover party with her classmates to commemorate her 11th birthday.
Maja Wlodarczyk, 11, her father Michal, 39, mother Monika, 35, and brother Dawid, 3, were discovered dead in their west London flat on Friday, June 16.
Her friends paid to “beautiful” Maja on Monday, June 19, revealing she hosted them on her birthday, May 31.
Sarah Gouveia, 11, of Southville Primary School, said the group played Just Dance and badminton in the garden with Mr and Mrs Wlodarczyk.
Maja would often bring back candies and lollipops for Sarah’s friends when she returned from trips to Poland, according to Sarah.
Sarah added that they would routinely participate in sports, especially football, and Maja adored being a goalkeeper.
“She was really nice, she would always buy us stuff from the shops,” Sarah told Mirror UK.
“We’ve done Just Dance, and we’ve played in the garden.”
Another schoolmate added:
“She was very nice and kind, and she was very helpful with things.” She was very stunning.
“Every time she went on vacation, she would bring us something.”
Sarah’s mother, Maria Gouveia, described the parents as “lovely” and “hardworking,” and Maja as a “beautiful” girl.
She stated:
“We only knew the parents from school, but they seemed lovely.” People who are extremely polite and hardworking. Kind, nice.
“Maja was a nice girl who was quite intelligent. Beautiful, strong-willed girl.
“To be honest, I still can’t believe it; it seems unreal, terrible.”
Police are looking into the case and have requested anyone with information to contact them.
