In her upcoming memoir, Down the Drain, Julia Fox has revealed further facts about her relationship with Kanye West.
The model, 33, said the rapper, with whom she dated briefly in early 2022, ‘weaponized’ her against his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
‘I believed I’d be assisting a vulnerable situation in the end, but I quickly realised I was being weaponized,’ she told The Los Angeles Times.
Despite the fact that she’really understood him on a visceral level’ and that their relationship ‘might be something true,’ Julia claims Kanye did not treat her the way she expected.
‘I just felt like his little puppet,’ she says.
Julia stated that she ‘went gently’ while detailing her time with Kanye in the book, despite the fact that she did not sign an NDA.
‘On principle, I’m not signing a f****** NDA. ‘I’ve never done that, and I never will,’ she explained, before adding, ‘Unless it’s a professional opportunity, then sure.”
She also implied that she was blacklisted from projects because of her affiliation with the controversial celebrity, who was dismissed by multiple brands after making anti-Semitic remarks.
‘I know for a fact that I’ve been up for certain things and couldn’t do them because I was dating Kanye. It’s a little crazy.’
Julia also stated that, despite all of the attention, she never had too much involved in the affair.
