Jimmie Allen has sued his former company manager, who accused him of raping and sexually abusing her during his 18-month tenure.
The lady who claims she was hired right out of college to serve as Jimmy’s day-to-day manager claims he made her life a sexual hell after losing her virginity.
The woman suing as Jane Doe claims Jimmy took her virginity when he raped her in a Los Angeles hotel room in March 2021 after recording a guest performance on “American Idol.”

According to TMZ, the singer’s former manager claimed she lost consciousness after having dinner with Jimmie and industry execs during the ‘Idol’ taping. The woman who claimed to have had a couple glasses of white wine stated she awoke naked in her hotel room some hours later, dazed, confused, and bleeding from her vagina.
She stated that it was then that “she realised she had lost her virginity through no fault of her own and felt she had betrayed her faith.” She alleges Jimmie suggested they travel to the nearest drugstore to obtain Plan B and that they rushed to grab the pill. He, she claims, opened the package and supervised her while she took the medication.
The woman claims Jimmie grabbed her and kissed her goodbye after she chose Plan B, whispering… “You’re mine now.” She claims she was scared to inform her supervisor what had transpired for fear of being dismissed, as Jimmie’s manager had been before her.
Jimmie eventually escalated the sexual harassment, she said, touching her breasts and buttocks, pushing his hands down her pants in public, and “harassing her to engage in sexual conduct.”

The former business manager also claimed that the artist sexually abused her in automobiles, green rooms, aeroplanes, and everywhere else she was compelled to accompany him as part of her employment. She further claimed he “raped her in private while choking her” and “videotaped multiple sexual encounters to blackmail her into remaining silent.”
The woman claimed she tried talking to her managers, but they never investigated her accusation and instead threatened her with termination if she complained.
By October 2022, the woman said she was sad, anxious, and contemplating suicide as a result of Jimmie’s alleged behaviour. She claimed she informed her employer she couldn’t take Jimmie anymore and begged to be relocated. Instead, she claims she was placed on leave and then dismissed.

In response to the claim, Jimmie stated;
“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them.” I admit we had a sexual relationship that lasted over two years. During that period, she never accused me of anything wrongdoing, and she expressed a desire for our connection and friendship to last indefinitely.
“She hired a lawyer only after things ended between us to reach out and ask for money, which makes me question her motives.” The truth is that her claims are not only inaccurate, but also exceedingly destructive. I’ve worked extremely hard to develop my career, and I intend to mount a forceful defence to her charges as well as take any other legal action necessary to safeguard my reputation.”
The complaint and charges come on the heels of Jimmie’s divorce from his pregnant wife, Alexis Gale. The pair had tried to work through the challenges but ultimately decided that it was best for their family if they separated.
