Luciano Spalletti’s side is on course to win their first Scudetto in several years, with a 13-point lead over second-place Inter after 21 games.

Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who have scored 24 league goals between them this season, have been instrumental in ensuring that they win the Scudetto.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has been in contact with Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia representatives in recent weeks, ensuring that all parties are on the same page.

Napoli is hoping to extend Osimhen’s current contract by at least one year, to June 2026, in order to keep him away from Manchester United and Chelsea. His salary, which is currently?4.5m net per season, could be increased further if some lucrative add-ons are included.

Kvaratskhelia, who has a long contract with a significantly lower salary until 2027, will discuss doubling his wages as a reward for his incredible debut year in Serie A.
