Photos of an unconscious guy discovered with multiple nails hammered into his skull have gone viral.

The man was discovered inside his room somewhere in Southern Nigeria, according to X user @Nwaadaz. However, it is unclear where the incident occurred.
‘This man was discovered this morning in his chamber in a state somewhere in Southern Nigeria, experiencing several convulsions. He was brought to the hospital, where it was discovered that 7-and-a-half-inch nails had been driven into his head. A cultist rivalry attack is possible. Please avoid cultism,” wrote Nwaadaz.
