Fernando Alonso, the Formula One driver, has responded to rumors that he is dating American singer Taylor Swift.
Alonso, 41, confirmed his break from girlfriend Andrea Schlager earlier this month, around the same time Swift, 33, announced her split from long-term lover Joe Alwyn.
A TikTok post by the F1 driver fueled speculation that they were in a romantic connection. He is said to have commented on the video “Feeling 33,” which is a reference to the singer’s song “22.” In a viral video, Alonso was seen listening to the singer’s famous song ‘Karma’ before winking at the camera.

A reporter asked Alonso during an interview ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix this weekend, “I have to ask this one or I would be leaving a Blank Space but and I know it is potentially your Love Story and nobody else’s..”
But, before he could finish his question, Alonso deflected in his Grand Prix response:
“Of course, I have nothing to say.” I already responded. I’m at a loss for words. The Baku format is already so sophisticated that I’m sure you have a lot of questions.”
He addressed the rumors directly to Marca, saying:
“Normally, I keep my personal and work lives apart. I’d rather not comment on it.”
After a string of high-profile romances, the Aston Martin driver has gained a reputation as a bit of a jerk. He has made a strong start to the current Formula One season, finishing third in each of the first three races.
