Celebrities Are Stomping Out in Mschf’s Sold-out Huge Red Boots With Ciara, Lil Wayne and Seth Rollins Among the Celebrity Fans
The “Astro Boy”-inspired boots sold out in a couple of minutes on Mschf’s app and website.

Mschf’s red boots have become one of the most controversial fashion products on the internet. Although individuals are split between their significance as a fashion statement and whether they are even useful, the shoes almost instantly sold out.
The boots made by the Brooklyn-based firm were inspired by the Japanese video game and anime character Astro Boy and his iconic red boots. Respectfully dubbed the “Big Red Boot,” the shoes have generated memes and gone viral.
Although only a limited number of individuals were able to get their hands on the sneakers when they launched Thursday, a few celebs had already donned them ahead of the debut and on social media. WWD has picked up some of the celebs that have sported the video game character-inspired boots.
Seth Rollins
WWE wrestler Seth Rollins went viral earlier this week after he stepped out for a bout against The Miz and Austin Theory with the boots. Rollins came out triumphant in the bout, delivering his iconic finishing curb stomp manoeuvre in the sneakers. Mschf has now penetrated the WWE owing to the wrestling star.
Wisdom Kaye
TikTok star, social media influencer and IMG model Wisdom Kaye crafted one of his unique high-fashion outfits utilizing the boots and released his fit image to Instagram. Kaye paired the Mschf red boots with purple Versace slacks, a geometric print Marcelo Burlon County of Milan button-up shirt and a Louis Vuitton hold-all bag.
Ciara
Music singer and entrepreneur Ciara posted a video of her on her Instagram page in boots with black socks matching a black T-shirt displaying an image of Michael Jackson in his famous black and red “Thriller” music video outfit.
Coi Leray
Rapper and singer Coi Leray played at the Brooklyn Nets halftime show last week, and she rocked the boots, matching them with transparent tights and a black bodysuit with white trim. Leray was styled by Matthew Mazur.
Lil Wayne
Rapper Lil Wayne was photographed behind the scenes shooting a song video sporting the red Mschf boots. Lil Wayne’s latest track includes fellow rapper NLE Choppa.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder was one of the early celebrities to sport the Astro Boy boots. The NBA player donned the boots as he left the hotel for a game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Mschf has created a reputation for itself by making several divisive shoes. In 2021, the firm created a “Satan Shoes” collaboration with Lil Nas X, comprising a Nike shoe with a bronze pentagram, an inverted cross and a drop of actual human blood. The sneakers sold out almost instantly. Nike ultimately sued Mschf for trademark infringement for the sneaker, but they agreed to a settlement
