A bride-to-be is about to call it quits with her fiancé because he refuses to have a vasectomy.

The 27-year-old woman explained on the British parenting forum Mumsnet that she had already gone through one difficult pregnancy and was not prepared to go through it again.

The woman added that she and her spouse had resolved not to have any more children and want to prioritise their current child. Nonetheless, despite the agreement, her partner refused to have a vasectomy because it is a ‘very permanent’ decision.

Because of her partner’s decision, she no longer desires to be sexual with him for fear of being pregnant for the second time. She has now asking others whether she should cancel the wedding.

People claimed that her future husband had every right to decline a vasectomy because it is his body, not hers.

The future bride revealed that the couple had decided not to have any more children for economical and health reasons.

Because her first pregnancy and birth were so traumatic, she expressed pleasure that they now “on the same page.”
