Bill Cosby, an American comedian, actor, and media figure, has been sued for another claimed sexual assault that occurred in 1969.
Victoria Valentino, a former Playboy model and well-known Cosby accuser, claims that he took advantage of her in 1969, when she was trying to make it in Hollywood.
Valentino stated that she first encountered Cosby following an audition in his studio trailer and told him about the tragic death of her 6-year-old son. She claimed that Cosby approached her later that year in a Los Angeles restaurant, offering to pay for a spa treatment for her and a companion after noticing her crying at the dinner table.

She also said that Cosby promised her and a buddy supper following their spa day, but that the dinner appointment turned into a nightmare.
Valentino claimed that the media personality placed tablets next to their drinks and informed them that they would feel better, while pretending to take one himself. She claims she and a companion took the tablets, and it didn’t take long for her to struggle to stay awake.
Valentino claims that when she told Cosby she wanted to go home, he walked her and a friend to a car and offered to drive them home. She claims she felt sick and disoriented in the backseat while Cosby drove them to his office, where she believes she was sexually assaulted.
The former model alleged that she sat on another couch and closed her eyes while her pal passed out on a couch in Cosby’s office. She claimed that when she opened them, she noticed Cosby sitting next to her buddy, staring at her with “predatory intensity” with an erection.
VV claimed she tried to divert Cosby’s attention away from her buddy, and he approached her. She claimed that as she tried to rise, her legs wobbled and buckled. She claimed that Cosby sat next to her, unzipped his trousers and shoved his penis into her mouth. He then allegedly raised her up, turned her around, and inserted his penis into her vagina.
Valentino alleges she was unable to consent because she had been drugged and was physically weak, and she cites in her suit that Cosby admitted to using quaaludes on young ladies with whom he wanted to have sex during a 2005 deposition in another case.
Valentino claims she has been subjected to significant humiliation, mental agony, embarrassment, wrath, emotional distress, and loss of wages, and she is suing Cosby for restitution.
In response to the claim, Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, stated:
“The media should vet Victoria Valentino with caution and care, because she has changed her alleged accounts of sexual abuse at the hands of Mr. Cosby 10 to 15 times.”
“It’s unfortunate that the statute of limitations was enshrined in the Constitution to protect victims and those who have been accused — and it appears that our political figures are caving to being click baiters and accumulating likes rather than vetting these allegations made by alleged accusers and moving quickly to create these look back windows — which are only being created because they include Bill Cosby’s name.” This is far more significant than Bill Cosby. This is a target for every successful black man in America, including LeBron James, Will Smith, and President Obama.”
