Angela described how many upcoming actresses, who have only appeared in five films, flaunt mansions and blame the industry for their lavish lifestyles.
In an interview with Factory 78, the actress stated that many of her coworkers have other side hustles to fund their luxurious lifestyle.
“Talking about females making more than males, it’s not as if males aren’t making it, but people should stop lying,” she said. All of these women should stop lying. You haven’t even been in Nollywood for a year. You’ll come in and tell everyone you just bought a house. Please tell me how much money you spent on the house.
“And you’ll tell everyone that they’re paying you. Oga, you do not earn more than I do. And, last I checked, you hadn’t even completed ten films. So, how do you want to compare yourself to someone who has done over 200 visuals to you who has only done five visuals and claims to have bought a house? You should simply stop lying.
“You can’t tell me it’s film money that gives you the money to buy a house. You should mention anything you are doing to make money.”
