Former US President Donald Trump posted a weird court cartoon on social media depicting him at his Manhattan fraud case with a person who resembled Jesus Christ seated next to him.
He posted the photo to Facebook without a caption.
This is Trump’s second time posting this photograph. Earlier this month, he uploaded the identical image on his Truth Social platform while his lawyers claimed his Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida was worth at least $1 billion, rather than the $18 million prosecutors claim he exaggerated the values of his properties.
Today, Oct. 20, Trump re-posted the image on Facebook after a New York judge penalised him for violating a gag order in his lawsuit case.
The judge said in court that the former president had failed to remove an online post mocking a clerk at the court.
He also threatened Mr Trump with jail time, and demanded he take down the “untrue and disparaging” post made about the clerk earlier this month.
Judge Engoron said the post was deleted on social media, but remained on his website.
