Trey Songz is being sued by two ladies who say they passed out at his house party and awoke to find him having nonconsensual s3x with them.
The ladies are suing Trey of sexual assault and battery in connection with an alleged 2015 incident at his Los Angeles-area house, according to a new complaint obtained by TMZ.
According to the docs, the women first met Trey in June 2015 when they attended his show and were invited to an after-party he was holding. They claim that additional discussions led to them being invited to his home for his birthday party in August.
The women allege they took an Uber to Trey’s house and were compelled to provide a password and hand up their phones in order to get entry. Inside, they claim there were largely women and barely a few guys, and the ladies were forced to consume alcohol from unsealed bottles.
The women claim in the suit that they were incredibly drunk despite consuming only a small amount, leading them to suspect they were drugged.
They claim they were sitting on a couch by the pool when Trey swooped in and led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed asleep while still wearing their clothing.
The women claim they awoke naked the next morning, with a naked Trey pressing himself on them.
One woman claims Trey was giving her nonconsensual oral sex. She says she tried to resist but he overpowered her.
The other woman claims she woke up to Trey biting her nipple and forcing his fingers inside her vagina.
The women say they grabbed their clothes and tried to leave, but Trey refused to turn over their phones.
Eventually, they say a security guard intervened, gave them their phones from a safe, and they called an Uber.
In their suit, the women say they’ve suffered lasting injuries from the alleged incident and they’re going after Trey for damages.
Reacting, Trey’s attorney, Michael Freedman, told TMZ, “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
