The L.A. County D.A. has charged “General Hospital” star Haley Pullos after she was jailed following a near-fatal DUI.
Haley was arrested in April after officers accused her of driving the wrong way on a motorway and striking head-on with another vehicle traveling at around 60 mph. Before the incident, Haley was also involved in a hit-and-run, according to cops.
Officers also discovered edibles and mini-bottles of tequila during a vehicle search. It was also claimed that she was visibly intoxicated.
The actress has now been charged with one felony crime of DUI causing bodily harm, one felony count of driving with a blood alcohol content of.08 or above, and one misdemeanor case of hit-and-run.
The actress has pled not guilty, and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for next month.
The driver with whom Haley collided is also suing her. He was hurried to the hospital and was in severe condition when he arrived.
