‘Family Feud’ contestant found guilty in estranged wife’s murder

Must read

Timothy Bliefnick, a former “Family Feud” contestant who joked on the television about regretting his marriage, was convicted guilty of murdering his then-estranged wife.

In February, Bliefnick was discovered dead inside her home, and her estranged husband was charged with breaking into her home and shooting her multiple times. The former couple was living separately and in the process of divorcing at the time.

The most disturbing testimony came from Becky’s sister, who stated that Becky was concerned [Timothy] might harm her while they fought over custody of their three children. She claimed Becky contacted her in 2021, saying, “If anything ever happens to me, make Tim the number one person of interest.”

Timothy was convicted of first-degree murder and home invasion on Wednesday, May 31, after a nearly week-long trial in Illinois.

His sentence date has been set for August, and he risks life in jail.
