Must read

The Nigerian guy who gained fame for creating 2000 electric vehicles in Borno on a shoestring budget has opened an electric vehicle factory in Abuja. The cars were given the name “Kaande” by Mustapha Gajibo.

Despite quitting the University of Maiduguri at the 300 level, Mustapha Gajibo, a citizen of Borno, is making headlines and discovering his world by starting a business that produces electric cars.

The accomplishment of Gajibo has sent a strong message that Borno, despite decades of insurgency that have decimated the State, can take pride in generating young people who are dynamic and capable of influencing the future.

The youthful Gajibo constructs electric automobiles, tricycles, and generators using local labor thanks to his creative abilities in renewable energy.

Many people, including the governor of Borno state, Babagana Umara Zulum, have taken notice of the young entrepreneur who began producing electric vehicles in the year 2017, which is a sign that something really positive is occurring in the State.

Gajibo left the University of Maiduguri because he was admitted to study general agriculture rather than electrical engineering, which he fervently desired to study in an effort to fulfill his destiny. This made him feel driven by his aspirations in life.

Development of Electric Vehicles

Gajibo claims that “in the course of my zeal for resolving social difficulties, I moved into solar system installation and afterwards to the manufacture of electric vehicles.”

He claimed that ever since he was little, he has been passionate in finding solutions to issues in his community.
