The wild incident began when the boyfriend made advances on the woman but she “was not in the mood,” according to police.

According to witnesses, the couple, who had been together for more than a year, were not heard arguing. They did, however, hear the man’s agonizing howls after his manhood was severed.

He was taken to the hospital with severe blood loss and is now in intensive care.

“Based on the suspect’s statement, they had been in a relationship for around seven months,” Sibolga Police Chief Taryono Rajarja said. So they agreed to meet at a hotel, and then the man requested sex, which the woman refused.

“When he was denied sex, the man threatened to spread videos of their intimate activities. The suspect then carried out the attack just as he was about to take a shower. She took a knife belonging to the man and cut off his penis.”

According to Evi Wahyuni Siregar, a hotel receptionist, he did not hear any noise from the couple’s room until the incident occurred.

He claimed the woman approached him after the attack and asked for help for her partner, who was bleeding profusely at the scene.

His penis was allegedly severed.

The hotel employee stated: “They had checked in together, the woman admitted. She stated that they were from Padang Sidempuan and were on their way to Nias Island.”

Taryono Rajarja, the police chief, added: “The man’s injuries have been described in detail by doctors. We’re waiting for a suitable time to interview him.”
